How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via standard ground, typically arriving within 3-5 business days.
What is the best way to store my coffee beans?
To maintain flavor, store your beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the coffee's integrity.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal, or adjust the frequency and quantity of your deliveries.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
While we recommend grinding whole beans just before brewing for the best flavor, we do offer a variety of grind settings including Drip, Espresso, and French Press for most of our blends.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 30 days.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We prioritize Direct Trade relationships, working closely with farmers to ensure sustainable practices and paying prices well above Fair Trade minimums.
