At Stumptown Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew, but due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a non-perishable product (like a brewer or mug) and is still within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
